2013 Toyota Tundra I purchased a used vehicle that they had taken in as a trade. I saw the posting online and was able to get there and inspect the truck before they had I purchased a used vehicle that they had taken in as a trade. We inspected the truck together and went over a list of items that the dealership was supposed to take care of before I took delivery of the truck in a few days. We spoke specifically about 5 different things including checking the brakes (they were a little soft) and a thorough detail. The Sales person (Betty) was very friendly and helped me even before I got there sending pictures of the truck since I lived far away from their dealership. Once there, she took me for a test drive and helped me complete the deal. The Finance Dept. (Lilia) was also great and won my business by finding me an even lower interest rate than my credit union! On delivery day the truck looked pretty good, it had obviously been washed, upon closer inspection though I saw some of the marks that I had specifically mentioned (stickem, etc…) still there which tells me they did not detail (wax) the outside of the truck and only washed it. Betty had to take the vehicle back to the service team and take care of the marks I had pointed out while I completed the final paperwork inside. The vehicle interior and the engine compartment were immaculate. We went for a test drive next and when I asked about the brakes Betty told me that they did replace the rear brake pads, however, when we went for a drive they felt about the same and the Carfax report for that service by the dealership does not show any brake work done so I don’t really know if the service department did it or not? Overall I was happy with Harbor Chevy, I think I got a fair deal, the sales and finance staff were great but they clearly need some more oversight in the service department in paying attention to details. New or used, when you talk about spending over $32K on a vehicle every detail should be right. More

Lastly no clear information was given or disclosed in regards to being a third party, aftermarket extended warranty . Loved the personalized service I was seeking a Chevy dealership that could provide that warm, personalized service, and Harbor Chevrolet is it! It started out with the Finance Mana I was seeking a Chevy dealership that could provide that warm, personalized service, and Harbor Chevrolet is it! It started out with the Finance Manager, Luis Esquivel, who was so very helpful on a 2019 Volt Premier that unfortunately I leased from elsewhere, prior to my meeting Luis. When it was time for me to buyout my lease, Luis found me the best deal. And through it, I trusted what Luis was advising me. I say that as some Finance managers make you feel uncomfortable and that they're being dishonest. Not with Luis. Lastly, I needed someone to show me what was in my 2019 Volt, as the dealership I leased it from failed to provide me with the basic information (ie where's my charger, my tire inflator, etc). Luis referred me to Daniel Esquivel, and I got so much more information than I ever imagined. I am very thankful that I met both Esquivels. I would highly refer friends and family to them. More
