Let me start off by admitting my first turn off when visiting a dealership is annoying, claustrophobic sales people who pressure you with all kinds of questions when all I’d like to do is browse through the lot. I was greeted by Eric E. and he was nothing like your typical sales person. He said hello, asked if we needed help, and gave us his name if we had any questions then left us alone. Once I had the car in mind I wanted, he was patient with answering my questions, quick with getting quotes and rates, explained in detail the differences in packages and was overall really pleased with the deal he offered us because his customer service exceeded our expectations. The fiancé lady was great and explained in detail what was included, etc. Very happy with the cusyomer service, experience and purchase I made today at Harbor Chevrolet. Thanks so much Eric More

Entirely positive I leased a Volt from Harbor in 2014, and was comfortable with the experience. When I decided to buy a Bolt, I considered other dealers who were nearby, but I was unwilling to go through the high pressure sales tactics associated with those dealers. So I made the trip to Long Beach and was thoroughly satisfied. Eric Escobar was knowledgeable and respectful. He gave straight answers to questions. I visited and got some prices. When I came back several days later, the offer he made was available, just as described. He and the service manager explained all of the costs and services in plain language. They were respectful and professional. I got the car I wanted, and left feeling very grateful. It was quite a contrast with a the sales experience I had a year ago, at a Ford dealership. More
