Slow to get checked in. 2 other agents available, only one checking people/ cars in. 1 in front of me and 2 behind me. Asked for the break lights to be specifically checked, dash warning light comes on intermittently - not 5 hours after I left...warning light comes on about break light - REALLY!?!? No more AAA discounts. I asked for a good wash and vacuum- I have a broken wrist, poor vacuuming and wash. The workers move my seat forward to hide what they did not vacuum. Plus did not move it back!!! My knees are angry with them. The workers left grimy finger prints on the glove compartment. Why were they in my glove compartment??? Grimy finger prints on the outside of the car too. Do they wash, clean the car? Maybe it would be best to give a certificate to a real carwash, than misleading the customer! I'm Losing faith in this dealership. More
