Purchase of 2018 Hyundai Elantra I initially visited to get a pre-owned vehicle. Ken was extremely patient with me as I took a test drive, visited multiple other dealerships for weeks I initially visited to get a pre-owned vehicle. Ken was extremely patient with me as I took a test drive, visited multiple other dealerships for weeks to see their inventory, then returned to Harbor Hyundai with the intent to buy a new vehicle after all that. He was one of only two salesmen I encountered who gave me a hard, written quote. I knew he was taking a big risk by doing so, and I greatly appreciated that. Ultimately, Ken didn't even give me the lowest quote but I made the choice to buy from him because I felt like he wasn't playing games with my purchasing decision - easily worth the few hundred dollars and avoided headaches from any salesman only looking to play the price game. After I selected my vehicle, Ruben got through my paperwork very quickly yet cordially. Finally, I was out the door with my brand new car and a hint of buyer's remorse.
