Its a small dealership ...there is no passing you off to a "manager" and then to another "manager", etc. I dealt with salesman Leonard only....he shows you the car, he writes up the paperwork , etc. Its real straight forward and thats what I appreciate! I dont need experience what most dealers subject a buyer to. I want to be given straight info and go from there. They make it easy here! More
