Worst Experience ever I came for a service here. They did oil change and left the oil cap lose. I almost suffocated in my car because of oil smell inside my car and the oi I came for a service here. They did oil change and left the oil cap lose. I almost suffocated in my car because of oil smell inside my car and the oil was burning on the engine. I took my car to nearest Hyundai dealer and have to pay $75 to fix it. When I called harbor hyundai, they said you should have brought the vehicle to us and said we cannot cover those charges for you. Is that the service you provide to your customer. Anything could have happen to the car or people sitting inside the car. Every one makes a mistake but then at least you should have courtesy to pay for the damage that happened to my car because of you mistake. I was thinking of Hyundai Santa Fe from here but now won't even buy any of Hyundai car ever again. More

As far as David in the finance department, his attitude was a bit unprofessional when: 1) I did not want to sign form allowing Harbor Hyundai or others to contact me for sales and promotions, he was upset and basically threw the paper in the trash, then caught his attitude somewhat and reprinted the form again with a simple, "customer refuses to sign" notice. 2) when I chose not to purchase extended warranty, his attitude was, " well it's your car!" I told him, his attitude should be more in line of, hey it's not a lemon I'm selling you, but a Genesis with Factory warranty that carries over to you! My wife felt the tension from him as well. If it wasn't for David, I would have given 5 stars. More
