Consistently great service! I just took my 2015 Genesis in for service. I asked my service writer, Esteban, if I should have the next major service done or just an oil change. He said that they'll take a look at everything and decide. Instead of telling me the car needed the much more expensive service, he told me that it was better to wait until the next time and gave me the estimate of what it will cost so that I can plan in advance.
