The customer service at this dealership is unbelievably amazing. I had a routine "Pit Stop", including a computer update. Two days later, I had to come back because my "check engine' warning light came on. The staff was very attentive and kept me apprised during the 4 hours I was there. Esteban was my advisor. This man is awesome! He explained everything throughly, answered all my questions and last but not least, he erased all my concerns and made me feel like my car mattered to him. This dealership has topnotch people who truly care about their customers, not about what they can sale to them. When I got my car back after the repair, it was washed and there was no sign that anyone had been working on it. I have and will continue to do business with Harbor Hyundai as long as I can drive .
