He is very thorough and explained every feature of the car during the drive and even after the purchase was finalized. James must have spent another hour or so explaining to me how the navigation works, how to use voice control, and setting up the advanced features in the car. Previous salesmen that I have worked with would hurry through so that they could get to their next sale. I really appreciated James for doing that especially since it was getting late on a Saturday night. Great Customer Service! I had made an appointment to have an oil change. I called an hour before informing them I would be late. They recommended that I still stop in. They were never pushy or intrusive and always ready to provide information when asked. I was offered an exceptionally competitive price on the loaded 2017 Sonata Limited. The post decision process went very well with Joni the finance lady. I would highly recommend Harbor Hyundai and expect that we will be going to them for future Hyundai purchases. The drive from Lancaster was worth every minute spent on the road, but that wouldn't have happened if HH hadn't provided me with a good faith summary of the offer by email.
