Great Service Department Much to my surprise and delight the service department at, Harbor Hyundai was friendly, efficient, and professional. Right from the first phone call Much to my surprise and delight the service department at, Harbor Hyundai was friendly, efficient, and professional. Right from the first phone call, the experience was everything you could hope for. It was easy to make the appointment, they called to remind me. I had to call back to adjust the time, and they seemed happy to accommodate me. When I arrived, someone greeted me immediately and wrote down notes. Then I met Esteban, the service writer. He was expecting me, and greeted me by name. He talked to me in simple terms about what service I needed/wanted, offered a good suggestion about the tires, and told me exactly how much it would be and how long it would take. Once we had all that done, Esteban gave me a quick tour of the dealership and led me to the customer lounge area. The lounge area was another nice surprise. It was comfortable and customer-friendly. They had free coffee, hot chocolate, soda pop, snacks..... You could tell that some one gave it some thought and wanted the customers to be comfortable. Exactly one hour and 10 minutes later, Esteban reappeared to let me know the car was ready and take me though the check-out process. He answered a couple of questions about future service and thanked me for coming in. The car was serviced and washed, and I left with a good feeling. All this was in sharp contrast to what I was used to from the service department at the Cerritos Hyundai dealership where I bought the car. The service department in Cerritos always gave me the impression that I was an interruption and they really didn't care about me or the car. I am glad I have found Harbor Hyundai and I won't be going back to Cerritos. More

They said, "sorry, we can't duplicate your problem". Obviously, the other place did not want to deal with us. This happened one other time. Both times, when I spoke with Esteban at Harbor Hyundai, he said, "bring it in, no problem." The car was taken care of in a very timely manner and Esteban is always very nice, professional, and courteous! Would recommend him to anyone I knew if they have a Hyundai. More

He was very patient with my wife and I while we were trying to decide if to buy a new or used car. We test drove several cars and waited several days before finding that new car that we both felt comfortable purchasing. Ken answered all of our questions and we are very happy with our new Hyundai Elantra GT. We also had the pleasure of talking to the owner of Harbor Hyundai, Randy Johnson, who was very friendly and thanked us for our purchase.
