There was just one tiny problem and that the new car I purchased had some kind of soil on the driver's seat which none of us noticed as it was only visible in a certain light. Discovered the soiled seat when I arrived home. I immediately called the dealership and Doug assured me that the seat would be cleaned either at the first service or anytime that I could bring the car back.
