He went above and beyond to help us get the exact vehicle we wanted, even though it meant sourcing it from another dealer (there were only two in SoCal with the trim and colors we wanted). Ruben is a model for how all salespeople should be. He was highly responsive, honest, very friendly and made a point to be as transparent as possible through every step of the process. Pricing was competitive. If it wasn't, we wouldn't have traveled 57 miles to the dealer to do business with him.
