Jake told me that the reason for the navigation malfunction was due to a part of the electronic system that could only be replaced. He offered possible alternatives. He was so calm and clear, I was able to remain calm. Tyler patiently explained the new car buying process. He also explained the lease process. While doing my test drive, he pointed out features of the car and noted similarities to the vehicle that I presently owned. The fact that Tyler was clear and helpful was instrumental in my decision to lease my new vehicle. He was very helpful. Joni was quick and friendly with the 'paperwork'.
