Even news that may not be something one is ready to hear, can be processed appropriately if presented gently with kindness. Jake told me that the reason for the navigation malfunction was due to a part of the electronic system that could only be replaced. He offered possible alternatives. He was so calm and clear, I was able to remain calm. Tyler patiently explained the new car buying process. He also explained the lease process. While doing my test drive, he pointed out features of the car and noted similarities to the vehicle that I presently owned. The fact that Tyler was clear and helpful was instrumental in my decision to lease my new vehicle. He was very helpful. Joni was quick and friendly with the 'paperwork'. She answered all my questions and was complete with the transaction. There were other staff as well who cordial and reassuring. Kudos to the Leadership of this Dealership. The Dynamic Duo + 1 Plain & simple: This dealership & their Internet Leasing Team & Fiance person (David Nething-sorry for the wrong name earlier) are & should be used a Plain & simple: This dealership & their Internet Leasing Team & Fiance person (David Nething-sorry for the wrong name earlier) are & should be used as a guide for other car dealerships on how customers are to be treated, and how a visit should go, even if that visit is not to purchase or lease a vehicle. Also, I had some damage on the front of my car from a hit & run in a parking lot-Doug told me he (if he was there & told others just in case) would do all he could to make sure the inspector knew of the circumstances, and to let the leasing company know what a financial hardship this will be for me, even on the lowest level of cost. I'm disabled, and money is tight when you live on $100 a month after ALL expenses are paid. 5 Star review here Yelp style! More
