Lied to about wait time and service completion I recently visited for an oil change with an appointment time of 9:40 am. I show up at 9:30am and also bring up the low tire pressure on my vehicle. R I recently visited for an oil change with an appointment time of 9:40 am. I show up at 9:30am and also bring up the low tire pressure on my vehicle. Rodrigo assures me they will look into it and states I'm also due for a tire rotation. I agree to the services and am told a time of 1 1/2 hour wait time (THIS WAS A LIE) At 12pm (2.5 hours later) I'm notified that there is a nail in the tire and it needs to be patched. I agree to have it patched and am told it will only take a moment longer. At 1:10pm Rodrigo works on the paperwork and states the car should be out momentarily, I pay for the service and state I don't want the car washed I just want to leave (now having been there for 3+hours). Rodrigo states he is leaving for lunch and will make sure they bring the car around shortly. After waiting like a fool I come to find the car isn't even done. I had to approach another employee to find out what was taking so long. It turned out that the patch on the tire hadn't been done and was barely being worked on. I was beyond upset finding out that Rodrigo left for lunch knowing my car wasn't even ready and allowing me to waiting even more time with out so much as a courtesy of informing me of the situation. I left by 1:50pm. THATS OVER 4 HOURS FOR A SIMPLE SERVICE!!!!! I've been going to this dealership since the purchase of my 2 vehicles and never have I dealt with a situation like this where I am just repeatedly lied to on wait time and alleged completion of car service. I am truly disappointed. More
