This was precluded a day earlier with a test drive at Harbor Hyundai in which Johnny provided my wife and myself with a no hassle experience. Doug was straight forward on the pricing and I made an appointment the next day. Being that we were short a vehicle he offered to come pick me up and take me to the dealership so we could finalize the deal. Although that was not necessary, the next day I arrived and the the deal was completed in a relatively short amount of time. The price for the Tucson was as good if not better than those of major car buying services. At no time did I feel pressured and Doug made sure that I was comfortable. I was introduced to the Service Department on my way out as well. Definitely worth the time and effort. More
