They turned out to be head and shoulders better than the dealership near my home. They were very clear, straight-forward, honest and pleasant. Scott and Jake are always a pleasure to deal with. My car had an issue that was covered by warranty, but rather than go to a local place (my work had moved me again), I took the drive to Long Beach. After not seeing me for a couple of years, they still remembered my name and my car and were still pleasant as ever. Great guys and a great dealership that I can't recommend highly enough. More

Services Rendered on My 2015 Sonata I was told that the intermediate service would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. After 1.5 hours, the service manager came to me and showed me the cabin filt I was told that the intermediate service would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. After 1.5 hours, the service manager came to me and showed me the cabin filter and asked if I wanted to replace it at and if so, he told me what the cost would be. In about 30 minutes, I was told my car was being dried off from being washed. About two minutes later, my was brought out and I was on my way. There was no pressure to have anything done. More

My daughter was in a BAD accident, which totaled the car with only a scrape on her knee! Hyundai Elantra saved her life! When it was deemed a total loss and had to get another car, I couldn't think of going anywhere else than Harbor Hyundai. I contacted Leonard, in the internet sales dept. and got a new 2017 Elantra from Ruben at a great price! More

The test drive was not enough to be able to really feel any of transmission issues or any other issues. You find out about these things once you've signed and get the car home and drive it for a couple days. I would do anything to be able to get out of this car.
