My car had an issue that was covered by warranty, but rather than go to a local place (my work had moved me again), I took the drive to Long Beach. After 1.5 hours, the service manager came to me and showed me the cabin filt I was told that the intermediate service would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. In about 30 minutes, I was told my car was being dried off from being washed. About two minutes later, my was brought out and I was on my way. There was no pressure to have anything done. More
