I have been coming to Harbor Hyundai for the last eight years since I moved to Southern California because it was rated the best service department for Hyundai and still is. It was easy to schedule the appointment, Rodrigo reviewed the service that would be done and let me know approximately how long it would take. They have a very comfortable waiting area with coffee. We visited several southern California Hyundai dealers over the past year and found most of them to be the usual uncomfortable experience you expect when buying a car. Harbor Hyundai was different from the start. The Sales rep Julio was very attentive and didn't play any games with me. He set up a great deal via email and helped us reserve our car easily. It almost felt too good to be true. When we arrived at the dealer, we were also assisted by the sales manager Alex. He provided exceptional customer service and was very receptive to our needs. There was never a sense of the usual aggressive sales personalities I have encountered at other dealers. Alex was genuinely friendly and accommodating. We wrapped up our deal by sitting with the finance manager Matthew. Again, we had an honest and easy transaction with exceptional service. We were there less than an hour and left feeling genuinely cared for. There were no pushy sales attitudes, only positive vibes. Do not hesitate and visit this dealer for any of your Hyundai needs.
