If I could rate the store a 10 I would! ! I first met CT and Mike (the manager) back in December of 2022. I was just about to buy a Santa Fe and even began the paper work... we were just mom ! I first met CT and Mike (the manager) back in December of 2022. I was just about to buy a Santa Fe and even began the paper work... we were just moments from going into finance to finish the deal when I got "cold feet"... I realized at the last moment that I needed to wait for this purchase... Financially, I just was not quite where I needed to be. I broke the news to CT and Mike and they handled it with class and care... letting me know that they would honor the super purchase price they had come up with as long as the car stayed on the lot. They didn't "threaten" like so many dealers do that I would lose the "deal" if I didn't come back by the next day. I walked away feeling very guilty but also grateful that they let me go with good wishes. I knew then and there... if I could buy the car later the next year... I would be sure to buy from CT and Mike. Fast forward 6 months... my finances evened out and I was ready for the Santa Fe again... this time the Hybrid instead of the regular Santa Fe... I still did my research for a strong price and they matched it without a problem. They had the car already washed and ready to go by the time we got to the lot (they are over an hour from my home). With in 30 minutes we were in the finance office meeting Matt... he was AWESOME too! For the first time in my buying car buying (and there have been many) experience, I met a finance manager that didn't repeatedly push "gap insurance" "warrantees" "upholstery protection" and so on. I'm so use to the finance managers getting hostile after repeated "no's" but there was no need for this since he did not pressure what so ever!! We were only with him about 20 minutes and then the car was ours. The last stop was having the car features reviewed by another super sales person named Jay. All in all the car buying experience from beginning to end was a little over an hour. I would encourage anyone looking for a Hyundai dealer you can trust to take your business to Harbor Hyundai... you won't be disappointed!! Thank you again CT, Mike, and Jay! More

I go to Harbor Hyundai Long Beach for both of my Santa Fe Sport vehicle service. There is a Hyundai dealer closer to where I live but the two times I took my cars there, I found 'problems'. So, I searched Sport vehicle service. There is a Hyundai dealer closer to where I live but the two times I took my cars there, I found 'problems'. So, I searched and found Harbor Hyundai a few years ago and have never had an issue. Service is done perfectly each time, usually done faster than original time estimate and, the car is washed before returned to me. Scott is my normal service rep and he is always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. More
