Disappointing customer service. Brought my Hyundai in for a manafacturer recall campaign. After a subsequent inspection, I agreed to a brake job and airbag repair also. I had an appointment at 9:20am and was told the job would take 4 hours and I would be called as soon as it was done. At 4:00 pm ( 6 1/2 hours later ) I called the Service Dept. and was told my representative was on the phone and would call me right back. At 4:40 I tried again with the same result. At 5:25 I received a call from someone at the Service Dept. stating that my car was ready and we're closed at 5:45.... So, I came in for a free Recall repair, ended up spending over 500 dollars ( by my own choice ), and can't get the very basic courtesy of a phone call to pick up my car. Not the best customer service in my opinion. More

Excellent Service After a horrible night because someone broke my side window. I needed to get it fixed as quickly as possible. I called around to four or five window After a horrible night because someone broke my side window. I needed to get it fixed as quickly as possible. I called around to four or five window companies to fix my side window on the car all were giving me four to five-day wait times. I called Harbor Hyundai and talk to Jake Bumacod the service consultant there. I told him I needed to go out of town for the holiday and I needed to get my window fixed as soon as possible. He said to give him a moment, he came back on the line and said that it would take a couple weeks to get a new window for my car. I told him I couldn't wait that long and he came back and said that give him a half hour or so, he get back to me. He called me back in about 25 to 30 minutes and told me that he had found someone to take care of my problem and to bring the car in at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. When I got there Jack was busy so Scott Jones checked me in and told me that everything would be taken care. After about an hour and 20 minutes it was taken care of and at a reasonable price. When someone goes out of their way like all the people at Harbor Hyundai, you can't say enough. Everyone in service was very helpful and with Mike Casalegno in sales who checked on the progress for me why I waited in there lounge. I cannot say enough about all of them. They are just great people and I do highly recommend this company. More

My Wednesday at Harbor My oil change and tire rotation took a little longer than two hours. They also did the work to fix the recall on my Accent. and my car was cleaner th My oil change and tire rotation took a little longer than two hours. They also did the work to fix the recall on my Accent. and my car was cleaner then when it went in. I had a coupon so the work cost me $39.95. When I got home there was a coupon from Win Hyundai for the same work for $19.95. WOW More

After exhaustive comparison shopping I ultimately signed the deal at Harbor Hyundai precisely because it gave me an advantage with base price, trade-in, and credit services. It was the service by our Sales Manager, Mike Casalegno, however, that guaranteed that we will be repeat customers. He-- and his fellow staff members--went above and beyond: expedited paperwork; provided us with a loaner car to shop while our new car was being prepared for final delivery. Best of all, Mike took the time to go over every car system, Blue Tooth and other driving aides, and generally provided a great "training session."
