Wonderful experience, no pressure and got all that I wanted! I had started shopping for my new car in September 2015 and took delivery on November 11, 2015. I looked at several different models at several different dealerships. I meet with Ken Bundy at Harbor Hyundai early in my search for a new car. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and understood that I was shopping, not buying yet. He offered me all the assistance I needed to make my decision to lease a new Hyundai. Other salesmen at other dealerships were not interested in my business unless I was buying that day. Ken was by far the "Best Salesman" I dealt with over the three months I was shopping. He and Harbor Hyundai got me the car I wanted at the best price I could possibly find. When I took delivery of the car, Ken was wonderful in explaining all the features, electronics and navigation system...there was much to learn. He was patient and clear with me and explained that much of for what I was learning I would probably forget soon after I left the store. He offered to have me return at any time for a refresher course. I really liked that!! I am extremely happy with my new car and the buying experience I had with all the staff at Harbor Hyundai.
