WORSE POSSIBLE LEONARD FISHER sent me email quote on new EQUUS . Somehow I got follow up email from DOUG VAN DYCK. So committed to buy, I took care of all credit a LEONARD FISHER sent me email quote on new EQUUS . Somehow I got follow up email from DOUG VAN DYCK. So committed to buy, I took care of all credit applications online and took taxi to HARBOR HYUNDAI to pick my new car. I was met by DOUG and to my astonishment I was given paperwork for signing on a used vehicle of same color . Between both of those sales people , I am not sure who was underestimating me more, thinking that they can sale me used car as new, but I didn't buy anything from them, neither and probably never from Hyundai. I took taxi to Mercedes dealer and got better vehicle from better and honest place. PS. Talked over the phone to Kevin Johnson Marketing Director, who had an audacity to claim that his people disclosed to me that vehicle was demo ( another lie). No surprise. He explains what needs to be done and the cost when I make my appointment, takes the time to answer my questions when I bring the car in, let's me know how long the work will take and once the service is completed reviews what was done and when, based on my driving, to bring the car in for the next service. Best dealership to date I began my car search online. This was the 4th new vehicle I have bought. The first dealer I walked in to promised one price and when I walked in they I began my car search online. This was the 4th new vehicle I have bought. The first dealer I walked in to promised one price and when I walked in they hit me with several expensive dealer add ons. Not the case with harbor, they not only honored the price promised online but also found an additional rebate that dropped it even further. An honest and friendly car dealership, who knew such a thing actually existed. Great experience with sales. I will see if their service department is as good when I come in for my first visit. More
