Unfailingly great I called this morning, Aug. 21 to get an appointment for service later today. I did not have a long wait before someone answered and gave me an afternoon appointment as I requested. I dropped my car off at approximately 11:00 and was told that they could probably have it ready by 2:00. And it was, just as promised. The estimate was fair and the final bill was only $1 higher. And when I got my car back, it had been washed. I couldn't ask for better service. More

High expectations met I selected Harbor Hyundai because of the many positive reviews I have read; and I was happy to find that my high expectations were met. My initial con I selected Harbor Hyundai because of the many positive reviews I have read; and I was happy to find that my high expectations were met. My initial contact was Ruben, who was courteous and attentive. I was then transferred to Leonard, who took me on the test drive and completed the transaction. The price advertised on the internet was honored with no sales pressure from Leonard. He was patient with the many questions I had about financing and was very thorough in explaining all the car's features before I finally drove off the lot. It was the perfect car purchasing experience. More

Poor Service To start with - good luck getting anyone to answer to answer the phone at the service department. It rings forever, you get put in the queue on hold To start with - good luck getting anyone to answer to answer the phone at the service department. It rings forever, you get put in the queue on hold then they hang up on you. After five or six attempts like this someone may deign to answer - then again maybe not! When you do get through to someone to ask why your car in for service is not ready two hours after being promised (a three hour service period), you are told they do not have the part since Hyundai will not allow them to stock parts they use rarely. So now after wasting five hours of your time, you have to come back another day and spend another two hours plus for them to install a part (assuming they get the part in a reasonable amount of time). This doesn't feel like service - it feels like a giant inconvenience for you and that the dealer is doing you a favor just to even look at your car. If I had another choice I would take it - one guarantee, I will not buy my next car from Harbor Hyundai!! More
