Poor Service To start with - good luck getting anyone to answer to answer the phone at the service department. It rings forever, you get put in the queue on hold To start with - good luck getting anyone to answer to answer the phone at the service department. It rings forever, you get put in the queue on hold then they hang up on you. After five or six attempts like this someone may deign to answer - then again maybe not! When you do get through to someone to ask why your car in for service is not ready two hours after being promised (a three hour service period), you are told they do not have the part since Hyundai will not allow them to stock parts they use rarely. So now after wasting five hours of your time, you have to come back another day and spend another two hours plus for them to install a part (assuming they get the part in a reasonable amount of time). This doesn't feel like service - it feels like a giant inconvenience for you and that the dealer is doing you a favor just to even look at your car. If I had another choice I would take it - one guarantee, I will not buy my next car from Harbor Hyundai!! More

This is the sixth new car I have purchased and have never had such a great experience at a dealership. Absolutely no pressure from the staff and so much assistance to get the car we wanted. I can honestly say it was a great experience. James rocks! More

The first thing that frustrates me was the lack of care after my car was dropped off. I was told the shuttle driver would be back from lunch at 2pm and I would be called. I wait in the lounge until 2:30pm and finally decide to ask the clerk about the shuttle, I'm then informed that he has been waiting in the front since 2pm. I had my elderly mother with me and this made the situation even worse. The next day I get a call from the service adviser that I needed a tire but he was unable to tell me the price and it literally took 2 hours and two more phone calls for him to get me a price. I don't know if this is a tactic to keep me from price shopping for a tire but I definitely couldn't understand the delay. More

When we arrived, Leonard was super straight forward and friendly and didn't ring around the rosey. Going into buying a car you're usually required to go in armed to deal with overly pushy salesmen but that wasn't the case with Leonard and we were very appreciative of that. :D More
