Compelling purchase, efficient experience After owning a different automaker's vehicle *far* too long, I was actually on the way to another Hyundai dealership to consider purchasing a pre-owne After owning a different automaker's vehicle *far* too long, I was actually on the way to another Hyundai dealership to consider purchasing a pre-owned model seen the day before — but Ken was able to match and exceed *all* specs (including price!) on a *new* vehicle, and offer a deal that *truly* couldn't be refused (I had another savvier buyer with me precisely to vet/filter such info, so this is said with credibility). The details even beat online prospects (that wouldn't have included the convenience of an on-site/drive-off transaction). On top of this, the customer experience was pleasant, *patient*, efficient, personable and professional (in spite of buyer delays in the customer-info processing aspect), turning what could have been (e.g., had been for some time) continued indecision-inertia into a clear, decisive, ideal and exciting outcome. I don't tend to provide glowing reviews of this magnitude, but this one hit a home-run — the real deal — thanks, Ken! :-) More
