If there was an option of giving 6 stars instead of 5, I'd g I was on a hunt to purchase my first car. I knew exactly what I wanted- a 2015 Hyundai Elantra in Desert Bronze with a sunroof. It wasn't very easy finding one around Los Angeles, and the various dealers that I visited during the course of my search tried to sell me something else! But I didn't dive into this car hunt to change my mind. And that is when Harbor Hyundai came into the picture. They understood what I was looking for and did everything to bring my exhausting search to an end. They quoted their price which was by far the most competitive in the market. At the end of the week, I had a big smile on my face and a sexy car in my garage. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and Leonard, both of whom were extremely pleasant to interact with, very patient in addressing the concerns of a first-time buyer and they made the entire process of purchasing a car very smooth. Failed to perform all maintence in 30,000 mile check Paid for the 30,000 mile interval maintenance. When we checked to see if items were performed we found their mechanics had broken parts on the rear wh Paid for the 30,000 mile interval maintenance. When we checked to see if items were performed we found their mechanics had broken parts on the rear wheels and we could not remove the tire and the battery had not been serviced. When notified of this they kept the vehicle for several days without offering a rental vehicle and blamed the damage on an intern. While we appreciate the fact they fixed what they had not done and broken the first time around free of charge, if we hadn't checked the car we would have never known that they didn't perform all of what we paid them to do. I no longer will be taking my vehicle to Harbor Hyundai as they have lost my trust. More

I made an appointment online using the instructions included in with the recall and it was super easy. When we got there, they took us right in and everyone there was super friendly. I was told it would take about an hour (thought I didn't know how that could be correct since it was a Saturday morning!)...and it took about exactly that. The waiting area was comfortable and before we knew it they were done... not to mention that they also washed my car! The GOOD kind of car wash where they VACUUM too! But above all else, the most impressive thing was the way everyone treated us with such warmth and kindness. It was a wonderful way to start out the weekend.
