Perfect Way To Celebrate My Birthday I originally went to Harbor Hyundai during the summer of 2013 to check out the Hyundai Veloster knowing I was not ready to buy at that moment, but wan I originally went to Harbor Hyundai during the summer of 2013 to check out the Hyundai Veloster knowing I was not ready to buy at that moment, but wanted to learn about the car and test drive it. Even though Eric knew this, he still was there to answer any questions I had and was not pushy. He wanted to make sure my experience went well. Due to this, I kept his business card and contacted him in April of 2014 telling him I was ready to purchase a Hyundai Veloster for my birthday. That was when he introduced me to Ruben who I have to say is a class act salesman. Ruben went all out to make sure I had a big red bow on my new car on the official day of calling it mine. To most people, a new car is just a car, but for myself, this is my very first car and a birthday present to myself so the meaning of this was HUGE! My family and friends loved seeing pictures of Ruben and I posing in front of my new car. They loved how he was willing to jump in the air with me because of all the excitement. More

My experience with Harbor Hyundai dates back to October 2010 when I first purchased my 2010 Elantra from James Kraft. James' attention to detail is extremely helpful and it is obvious that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to him. I paid cash for my 2010 without any problem. Throughout the life of my 2010 Elantra, I had my car serviced at Harbor. I have worked with Scott, Junior, and Jake and all have kept me informed of the necessary maintenance on my car and I appreciate the email notifications that come from Service reminding me about certain important maintenance. My latest purchase of the 2014 Elantra was made because my 2010 was totaled in an accident--driving in Southern California can be quite dangerous! My 2010 held up very good given the impact, and I left the accident site without a scratch. I always felt safe in that car and this latest model feels just as safe. The only thing I like more about my latest Elantra is that I decided on getting the Sport edition, which came with leather interior, Bluetooth, and my very necessary sunroof. My 2010 also held pretty good value despite the incident, and I used the amount provided by my insurance as a downpayment for this 2014. Financing the car was a very pleasant, easy experience with Joni in the Financing department. She answered any questions I had and made it easy for me to sign off on any necessary paperwork. Working with James was also another Overall, in Sales, Service, and Financing, I would recommend (and have recommended) Harbor Hyundai to anyone in search of a new car. More

Harbor Hyundai - Santa Fe Sport Ken Bundy & the team at Harbor Hyundai were great! I knew exactly what car model, color, and pacakge I wanted. I went online to the Hyundai inventory Ken Bundy & the team at Harbor Hyundai were great! I knew exactly what car model, color, and pacakge I wanted. I went online to the Hyundai inventory website https://www.hyundaiusa.com/inventory-search/ and looked up which dealerships had the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately I went to 2 dealerships before Harbor since they were listed first. Anaheim was first on the list so I went to Anaheim. But once they knew I had a friends & family deal they said they didn't have the car in stock, even though I said I saw it on their inventory website. They claimed that they sold it last night and it wasn't updated. Overall they had vague explanations & roundabout excuses on everything, worst service ever and wasted nearly an hour for them to look in the system & tell me they didn't have the car I wanted. Then I called the next dealer on the list, Commerce. They said they had the car and will hold it till I got there. I get there and they had all these additional miscellaneous dealer add-ons that were unnecessary. For example, a dealer installed car alarm & vehicle id for $2k. What is the point of a car alarm when the car comes with Blue Link that can trace your car. They wouldn't cut the price. I finally called the last dealer on the inventory website, Harbor. I spoke with Ken and told him over the phone the exact model, color & package I wanted and he confirmed they had it, the VIN matched that online. I confirmed there were no additional dealer add-ons and he said there weren't. I asked him to please hold it and I'll be there in an hour. When I got there he was ready to help me make my purchase as smooth as possible. He didn't make a big deal that I had a friends & family deal, but said a sale is a sale and he'd do his best to get me the car I wanted. He offered the options that they have for the sale but never pressured me into adding on any other deals. They sounded great but I declined. The paperwork process went smoothly with the finance guy, David. I forgot the manager's name but the nice gentleman came and greeted & thanked us for being a friend/family of Hyundai. At the end once I got my car, Ken walked me through all the perks & techs of the car. He was so patient and thoroughly explained how to use all the blue link, navigation, voice control, etc... Overall I would highly recommend Ken, and the Harbor Hyundai team. They were so nice and not trying to overcharge you and waste your time there haggling for hours. 5 stars! More
Service I called for an appointment and then decided to drive to the dealer. They were very busy so thought I would make an appointment for later in the week. So I waited. I figured it would take several hours as busy as they were but I waited less than two hours. They changed the oil and checked all points and also rotated the tires. They always return the car clean and ready to go. I feel very secure when I drive off. Scott Jones is very courteous and helpful as he told me my breaks need redoing soon. I appreciate that. More
