My very first impression of Harbor Hyundai was positive. When I arrived on the lot to look around, I was not immediately approached by a saleman for "help." I was able to leisurely look around at all the cars without having a salesman follow me around. A salesman was available nearby if I needed assistance but he respectfully kept his distance. After exchanging several emails, I bought my 2011 Elantra from Leonard Fischer in the Internet sales department. He was very friendly and easy-going. It was a no-pressure, very positive experience. Buying a car can be very stressful. However, the guys at Hyundai Harbor made is a bit simpler. I started looking for cars both online and at the dealership. I requested a quote for a 2014 Elantra GT I received emails and phone calls from numerous vendors close to my home. I was vey specific on what I wanted. After hearing from all kinds of vendors, and being nothing but disappoint each time they called, plus them trying to make me comprise on what I wanted I grew upset. I sent one last request to Hyundai Harbor, I received a call which I did not answer due to the fact I was on vacation. Mike sent me an email asking me what I was looking for. I emailed him back with my specific information. He responded promptly with I have two cars for you. I informed him I was out of town and would return that weekend. He was so easy going and told me no problem let me know when you are available. He didn't bug me the rest of my trip unlike some dealerships that kept calling and calling even though I told them I was on vacation, and calling me with cars I didn't want. Needless to say upon return I went to check the cars out. Unfortunately one sold and one remained. However, Ray, Mike's right hand man found the exact color I wanted, and said it was due for delivery in 2 days. With some negotiation and thought I chose the other color. Both guys worked with me and for me towards a great deal. I love the choice I made and so happy with my new car. Hyundai Harbor has a great staff, very knowledgable on their cars, a great environment and an overall great experience for me. I will definitely be back to buy my partners car here as well as using their service department. Oh, one last thing I gave Mike a ring a couple days later asking about some features in the car. Without hesitation and patience he explained and answered all my questions. So even after you buy a car they are still there to help and work for you. More

I must admit I went to several different car dealerships. I just could not make up my mind on a specific model. But when I inspected the Elantra. I just had to have one. I wasn't enjoying buying a new car or did I want to look anymore. Long story short. I stopped in at Harbor. Ken B totally turned my experience into a most awesome enjoyable new car buying " no pressure" experience. He eased my anxiety and just was very comforting in my experience there.
