I must admit I went to several different car dealerships. I just could not make up my mind on a specific model. But when I inspected the Elantra. I just had to have one. Ken B totally turned my experience into a most awesome enjoyable new car buying " no pressure" experience. He eased my anxiety and just was very comforting in my experience there. I recently lost my father who was my car shopping partner and honest opinion giver. I am very appreciative in Kens very kind and considerate handling of my experience there. They have shuttle service which allowed me to go to places when my car was in the service, and they also picked me up when the service was done.
