I have been emailing with Mike for a few months about finding a very specific Santa Fe Sport. I was received at "service curb site" by Scott Jones, I didn't have to wait a long time for someone to Assist me. Scott also provided professional customer service. He also gave me a quick quote for the service that would be provided to my vehicle and did not push for me to agree to other services, then Scott mentioned where I could have a seat and wait for my vehicle. When my vehicle was done, Scott escorted me to my vehicle to make sure everything was well. Waiting area provided some tasty bites, and a variety selection of drinks. I thought that was very thoughtful and impressive. Waiting time for vehicle was a little long but, I did notice there were a few people before me and I found comfort with goodies provided. My visit to dealer was more of a trial and error to see if I would return for their service. I can say I was satisfied on this particular first visit, and would return for a second. More

I went through the USAA purchasing program looking for a Genesis 5.0 R Spec and I was given information for three Hyundai Dealerships. Harbor Hyundai was the quickest one to respond to my inquiry and they h Genesis 5.0 R Spec and I was given information for three Hyundai Dealerships. Harbor Hyundai was the quickest one to respond to my inquiry and they had matched the price given by Garden Grove Hyundai however I received a follow up e-mail from Mike Casalegno asking if I was absolutely committed to a silver color or if I was open to another color. I replied I would be open to a different color. He responed that he had a 2013 R Spec in white and then he quoted me an even better deal. I requested that they hold the car and I would be in later that evening to check it out. I received a follow up email from Doug Van Dyck letting me know that Mike was off shift but he would be waiting to assist me. I have to say that this purchasing experience was the best one that I have ever experienced in thirty years and I would without hesitation recommend Harbor Hyundai to purchase a vehicle. I am very pleased with the treatment I received from Doug and Joni from Finance. Although the dealership is a little farther away from me I would not hesitate to go back there for service due to the way I was treated. A definite first class experience!! Thank you. More

Thank you for being straight forward with me and not nickel and diming me with other service items. Also I appreciate that an oil change was done so quickly and the problem of a loosened filter correct nickel and diming me with other service items. Called Harbor Hyundai on 1/19/2014 and spoke with sales rep Ken Bundy to see if the dealership had the Santa Fe I was looking for in stock and they did. I arrived at the dealership a 1/2 hour later and the rep Ken Bundy to see if the dealership had the Santa Fe I was looking for in stock and they did. I arrived at the dealership a 1/2 hour later and the Santa Fe was parked out front waiting for us. From the 1st phone call to Ken closing the door for my wife it was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a dealership. Harbor Hyundai employees seem to work like a family I can't count the times other sales staff asked if we needed something to drink or snack on. If you're looking for a new Hyundai definitely head on over to Harbor Hyundai and ask for Ken Bundy you won't be sorry. More
