After visiting two other Hyundai dealers in the Orange County area, I went back to Harbor Hyundai because I felt the sales person, Junior was the friendliest out of them all. Jake got my Hyundai fixed when service advisors at other Hyundai dealerships couldn't. (Yeah, I went to other dealerships because they are closer to where I lived.) My Genesis (V6, sedan) every now and Hyundai dealerships couldn't. (Yeah, I went to other dealerships because they are closer to where I lived.) My Genesis (V6, sedan) every now and then had a problem with squealing brakes when backing out in the morning. I researched the problem on the internet, and found the solution. I took this written solution to two other Hyundai dealerships, and they didn't even look at the solution! Both of them wanted me to leave my car at their dealership until they could duplicate the problem. My car could have been there for weeks before they may have duplicated this intermittent, first-thing-in-the-morning problem. Oh, and no loaner vehicle for this type of work. Fortunately for me, Jake looked at the written solution, checked it out, and in a couple of days (had to wait for parts), the brakes have never squealed again! For me, driving the longer distance to Harbor Hyundai is worth it, just so I can work with Jake. More

I was very impressed how knowledgeable Mr. Lopez was with regard to the overall units in stock. He read us on what we were interested in not what he was trying to sale. This dealership and its employees treated me very professionally. There was no high pressure sales. When I told them why I wanted to come in that time (I purchased on visit #4) they honored that and professionally. There was no high pressure sales. So they really exist at the price advertised, which was less than the Auto Club buying service, True Car or Consumer Reports had as prices. The dealership even was sensitive to my desire to purchase a car assembled in the USA, if it was possible. More
