I spent 5 mos. researching vehicle makes & finally decided the right one for me would be the Sonata GLS base model without extra alarms or packages. Then I started researching dealerships. After some failed attempts to get the right price & the exact base model, I went on the internet & printed out a guaranteed low price voucher. I visited the dealership in Sherman Oaks area that was to accept this low price voucher. Spent 4 hrs there haggling on the price. The vehicle had unnecessary alarms that I did not want to pay for. Went home empty handed. Searched the web for the best & honest Hyundai dealership in the LA area. Found Harbor Hyundai, rated #1 (there's a good reason for that.) I emailed them, Leonard the internet manager replied immediately with an excellent low price no one else was willing to offer. No gimmicks like unnecessary $1885 worth of alarms like the other dealer. Jumped in my car & drove back down to the LA area for the 2nd day in a row. Leonard & Dave explained all paperwork precisely...no pricing surprises. Leonard had my new Sonata washed, gased up and even stored my old car for the week. He even sent me home for the 4 hr LA traffic drive back north with a cold soda in my new ride. I pulled out of there never feeling ripped off. It was such an amazing feeling...my search was over. When I went back for my old car a week later, I took them a case of wine for the staff since I'm up in northern Santa Barbara wine country. I was lucky to have found Harbor Hyundai on the internet. : ) More
Jake was fantastic and very accommodating. My service appointment was scheduled for 4pm on a Friday night. I was caught in traffic and called to let him know I was running late. I didn't show up until 4:30, but he said it was no problem. He took care of me with a smile and I never felt like it was an imposition for them to service the car. Their customer service is second to none and the ability to set appointments online is fantastic. I can't recommend them enough. More

Had to bring my car in for a 15000 service and also a recall. Got an Enterprise rental car and picked up my finished car the next day. George Lopez and his manager really knew the car we were looking for (Santa Fe). They were courteous, helpful, and worked hard for us. It's hard to buy a car and feel like you got a good deal. The sun roof on my Genesis sedan broke. Took it in Harbor Hyundai. They shuttled me back to work while they got my sun roof sealed up. Ordered the parts and then picked me up from work to get my car. I know this is not the dealer's fault, just supply issues. I dropped off the car and got it back the next day. Everything seems fine...
