My service experience was amazing! Wow! That's top-notch service! Rodrigo was super personable and friendly and he made the check in process smooth and efficient. The facility is clean and comfortable and they have a nice coffee station if you're waiting for your car. I received a text as soon as my car was done and they have a new feature which allows you to pay your invoice online to speed up the pick-up process. From beginning to end, Rodrigo went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and made me feel valued as a customer. It made my day! Keep up the great work! I've had my car serviced at this location several times and have had a consistently great customer service and competitive pricing. Highly recommend Harbor Hyundai! More

Sincerely, Ronaldaloha@gmail.com Dear Scott at Harbor Hyundai, this is my 3rd EV lease and is the worst experience. I will detail item by item that missed the mark and will show how you tricked me with bate and switch. I did not want car security system. by next day, less than 24 hours, the sales manager would not remove it because he said I signed the deal and it was too late. If I would have told him yesterday via Daniel the salesman, he would have removed it. this is the problem: I asked Daniel if the security system can be opt out and he was very evasive and did not answer the question beating around the Bush. after signing papers in finance department, I find out that the items are optional. the sales manager Juan said if I would have told him yesterday, I did not want it, he would have removed it. again, I did not get answer from Daniel during the sales talk, He was very evasive. this is a great trick: negotiate with customer verbally in the dark, then go to the finance department and sign papers very very fast so you can't really understand all that is going on until you get home and realize what the light has revealed. example: no mention beforehand of the $400 penalty when you return the vehicle at the end of the lease, until you see it in the finance department. on and on, learn after the fact. my previous leases did not have this type of penalty. You tricked me good. I will enjoy the Kona in spite of your tactics. I leased a Chevy Volt had a great experience sales and delivery. After interacting with dealers all over SoCal for months to get the vehicle I wanted, Leonard kept me up to date on every aspect of the transaction. After interacting with dealers all over SoCal for months to get the vehicle I wanted, I was prepared for lies, bait and switch, promises that never materialized. None of that happened. I got exactly the car I wanted, at the price agreed upon, within the time frame promised. I would say, don't waste your time anywhere else if you want the best price, customer service and an enjoyable transaction. More
