I went to 3 other Hyundai dealerships and they all blew me off. I decided to call Harbor Hyundai, which is about an hour away from where I live, and was put thru to Junior, who immediately helped me. I told him what I was looking for and he went and looked and called me back within 5 minutes. I came down and he had the car waiting out front for a test drive. Everyone from the Credit Dept, sales, etc were amazing and made the experience a pleasant one. He has followed up as well & has made me feel like a valued customer and comfortable all the way. Harbor Hyundai is what a Southern California dealership should be and I am totally happy with my choice and my new car. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More

My overall experience was pretty good. I sent them the paperwork in advance so that I didn't have to spend hours there purchasing the car. Everyone was really nice and the process went smoothly. My only problem was that they didn't leave any gas in the car. I had to fill up just to get home. I have purchased two previous new and two previous used cars in my life and they all came with a full tank of gas. It may not be a big deal to some people but for me it's the little things. Had I noticed it prior to signing the documents I would have been willing to walk away from the sale. It just doesn't sit well with me that I spent over $20k with a dealer and they couldn't even give me a tank of gas. More
