Everyone we came into contact with at this location was very pleasant and helpful. This was very important to us since we did not get the same experience at other Hyundai dealers. My overall experience was pretty good. I sent them the paperwork in advance so that I didn't have to spend hours there purchasing the car. Everyone was really nice and the process went smoothly. My only problem was that they didn't leave any gas in the car. I had to fill up just to get home. I have purchased two previous new and two previous used cars in my life and they all came with a full tank of gas. It may not be a big deal to some people but for me it's the little things. Had I noticed it prior to signing the documents I would have been willing to walk away from the sale. It just doesn't sit well with me that I spent over $20k with a dealer and they couldn't even give me a tank of gas. More

He has basically empowered us to make an informed decision by providing us all the right tools and data that we need without making us feel pressured into doing something that we are not prepared to do. Overall, the family is happy with the purchase (done the following day) and this has been a very painless experience.
