Shopping around for a new car has never been easy, until now. Me, my wife and my 12 year old son was fortunate enough to work with Diego @Harbor Hyudai. All throughout the process, he has been patient with us. From the time that I was initially scouting -he knows upfront that there will not be a sale that day, but he kept going answering questions, discussing pro's and cons, how financing works (this is our first time to trade in a car) and providing some initial figures to see if this can actually work with our tight budget. He has basically empowered us to make an informed decision by providing us all the right tools and data that we need without making us feel pressured into doing something that we are not prepared to do. Overall, the family is happy with the purchase (done the following day) and this has been a very painless experience. Diego and his team (the people at this dealership) has been very helpful and knows how to take care of customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car whether 'just checking' or 'seriously shopping'. More

I had a wonderful experience today at Hyundai. Mike Casalegno was the employee that assisted me. He did an outstanding job in meeting my needs. Buying experience at the dealership was smooth and comfortable. Early on, noticed an issue with the steering on my 2013 sonata gls and after a brief misunderstanding (scott, the service manager, tho comfortable. Early on, noticed an issue with the steering on my 2013 sonata gls and after a brief misunderstanding (scott, the service manager, thought i was just not used to the electronic steering) i was asked to bring in the car. Ed, one of the mangers, personally took a drive with me and acknowledged some issues. He was very professional and easy to talk to and in addition was very obviously experienced. Ed referred me back to Scott who personally took care of everything from then on. Scott was very professional and sort of the "old school" type of guy who tells it as it is (Scott is also very obviously experienced.) I was impressed because i did not have to go through a lot of the hoops in regards to the steering issue on my sonata that a lot of other people are dealing with. Scott found the problem, no runarounds, and he just replaced the entire steering module along with some fine tuning in the electronic steering and it seems to have fixed the "wandering" issue. I am extremely happy with my sonata now and this dealership has been an important aspect of my satisfaction. They are obviously taking customer satisfaction seriously and i am even more confident in my purchase at Harbour Hyundai. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a hyundai. More

Overall the greatest experience possible. After leaving another dealership (Mission Hills) it was a breath of fresh air to work with Ken and his team at Harbor Hyundai. Ken treated us like family and have another dealership (Mission Hills) it was a breath of fresh air to work with Ken and his team at Harbor Hyundai. UPDATE: I was contacted by Harbor Hyundai. They apologized for the miscommunication. I bought a Accent from Mr Kraft. When he was selling us the car, he told us that it takes synthetic oil, c apologized for the miscommunication. I bought a Accent from Mr Kraft. When he was selling us the car, he told us that it takes synthetic oil, change every 7500 miles and the oil changes will cost around $70. Well we waited the full 7500 miles Mr Kraft told us to do. Turns out, he was wrong and lied. We need regular oil and change every 3000 miles. When I called him up to ask about what he had said, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with him. All I wanted to know is what kind of oil my brand new Hyundai Accent takes. He spent 45 minutes trying to deny what he said. He did not know what kind of oil was used after the 45 minutes. I was shocked when he accused me of "fishing" for something. Are you kidding me? Mr. Kraft needs to grow up and take responsibility for his mistakes, and learn the info of the products he is selling.
