I am glad that I went to Harbor Hyundai as I had a pleasant experience. James Kraft and his fellow colleagues were gentlemen in their sales transaction. However, once we arrived at the dealership they advised us that they could not get the car and tried selling us a different one. This behavior was unacceptable.
