James was extremely courtious on the phone and didn't even hesitate in working with me to come up with a price before I even stepped foot in my rental car to come down to Long Beach from Fresno. I had a fantastic experience. Doug was very helpful and willing to work with me via email which i greatly preferred. He then took time to explain all the bells and whistles on the car even though it was pretty late on a friday night by the time we completerd the sale.
