HE METICULOUSLY WENT OVER THE TERMS OF THE SALES CONTRACT WITH ME, AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. MY EXPERIENCE AT HARBOR HYUNDAI WAS SUPERB AND DIEGO IS AN AWESOME SALESMAN. WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO SIT DOWN WITH ERIC TO SIGN DOCUMENTS, AGAIN I WAS TREATED IN A MOST COURTEOUS, CARING AND EFFECTIVE MANNER. ERIC IS EXTREMELY WELL INFORMED; HE MADE THE FINAL PAPER SIGNING EXPERIENCE AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. James was extremely courtious on the phone and didn't even hesitate in working with me to come up with a price before I even stepped foot in my rental car to come down to Long Beach from Fresno. In a very short time we were able to come to an agreement on price and I came the next day to test drive and sign papers. He had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there making things go quickly and smoothly. James knew I was driving a long way so he took the time to let me know of places that were safe... or not safe... to stay overnight. He also gave me ideas where to take my kids while still in town. When I picked up my car the next week he went over every detail of the car before I left the lot. He was very thorough. You had the right car, the right price and the right salesman. I had a fantastic experience. Doug was very helpful and willing to work with me via email which i greatly preferred. He was very patient and informative and went out of his way to make sure i understood e willing to work with me via email which i greatly preferred. He then took time to explain all the bells and whistles on the car even though it was pretty late on a friday night by the time we completerd the sale. I could not have asked for a better salesperson and will absolutely recommend him and would use him in the future even though i live in Los Angeles and it is about an hour drive to the dealership. 100 times better than the experiences i have had at they Hyundai dealerships up here. Paul drove all the way to Echo Park to pick me up and bring me to the dealership, as I'm new here by about a month. He made me feel comfortable at the dealership while also giving me a personal introduction to the features of the car, from programming the radio/bluetooth, to explaining the aspects of Bluelink. Eric was as helpful as he was meticulous with explaining the final paperwork as well helping me set up wear and tear coverage which is clutch in a city like LA. Thanks again guys, I'm so thrilled to be driving in my new sonata! More
