I sent out 3 requests for quotes for this Hyundai Elantra. From Harbor I received a reply from Bryan Presley, he was by far the sales person most interested in making this sale. When I buy a car I select the car that meets my functional needs, then I look for the highest quality car in this class, and then try to find the best price for that car. With the Elantra I was looking for a high milage, small, highly reliable car in the $20K price range. The Elantra met all of those and Bryan and Doug made the deal a pleasure to finalize. More

All of the extras were offered, several times - but he was polite when I declined them. I was in a rush that day - and both James and Eric were very quick. No wasted time - I hate to sit around and wait, especially when I have a lot to do. The next morning James gave me the complete "tour" of all the gadgets, bells and whistles. I loved that! I hate to learn by trail and error - I'm a "show me" type of person. Now I feel comfortable, and not scared to touch a wrong button. Found a used genesis coupe that interested me and I called in to confirm it was still there. I was transferred to James who told me that he would call me back after he had gone out to the lot to physically lay his hands on it. Gave him my cell, and he called back within 10 minutes to confirm its availability. I dropped by next day, on Saturday, and he took me out for a test drive( since it was a manual car and I was still new) and the car was in excellent condition. The lot sticker price was 26k, but the internet quote was priced much LOWER at 23k, AND HE GAVE ME THAT. Also, gave me a SUPER GREAT DEAL on my TRADE-IN, MUCH HIGHER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE OFFERED. Decided to buy it the day after my test drive day. Unfortunately, MONDAY IS HIS DAY OFF, BUT HE CAME IN ANYWAY when we called. In the end, just a great car buying experience! James was friendly, answered all the questions and knew his stuff about cars. No pressure. Thanks Harbor Hyundai! More
