James took care of me the right way. He did all of the little things, skipping no steps. He greated me at the door with a friendly smile. When I buy a car I select the car that meets my functional needs, then I look for the highest quality car in this class, and then try to find the best price for that car. With the Elantra I was looking for a high milage, small, highly reliable car in the $20K price range. The Elantra met all of those and Bryan and Doug made the deal a pleasure to finalize. More
