Mike Casalegno was an amazing salesman! He took an extraordinary amount of time with us, over several days. He consistently answered our questions, over both the internet and phone, and we never felt extraordinary amount of time with us, over several days. We drove a long way to visit Harbor Hyundai, and all of their staff could not have been nicer and more helpful - we'd like to give a Special Shout-Out to Randy who assisted us with configuring the bluetooth system! I brought my vehicle in because of an issue with a leaking tire. They sent me off to their waiting area and said they’d let me know when they were done. Evidently they were running behind, so despite leaking tire. They sent me off to their waiting area and said they’d let me know when they were done. Evidently they were running behind, so despite having made the appointment days prior, it took them three hours to get back to me. And even then, I only heard anything because I went up to the service desk to ask what was wrong. Then they tell me the tire can’t be fixed because of where the hole was, and it’s going to cost over $200 and take at least another 45 minutes to actually change the tire. I was tempted to just leave, and started to just take the car and have it done somewhere else at that point, which is when I realized the car was sitting off in the parking lot already, meaning it had been sitting out there for who knows how long just waiting for them to actually tell me what the issue was rather than something they had just looked at that minute. By the time it was all said and done, I was stuck at that dealership for four hours just to get a new tire. Frankly, they could have taken the entire day, and it would have been fine. They could have kept it the entire weekend. What kills me is that they didn’t even bother to let me know it was going to take half a day to get this taken care of when - or after - they shunted me off to sit in a lobby with half a dozen or so complete strangers during one of the most contagious phases yet of the pandemic. The complete disregard for both my time on top of it, too. I could have just made plans to get a ride home and done something other than sitting in a waiting room for four hours on a Saturday when there was absolutely no reason I needed to be there. They didn’t even show me where the leak was when they said they needed to replace it. Why waste my time like that? More
