Spent almost 5 hours waiting for what i thought was a replacement of my door lock cylinder. Instead all they did was an oil change and a recall. (Which i included since i was there). I never asked for a quote. I was very specific. I asked for the lock cylinder to be fixed which was top priority so i can lock my car. Super frustrating. More
