I was completely dis-satisfied with Harbor Nissan!!!! I was sold a 2012 nissan versa, and with in the first 90 days i was replacing a transmission, air conditioner and air hoses!!!! Granted those things ha was sold a 2012 nissan versa, and with in the first 90 days i was replacing a transmission, air conditioner and air hoses!!!! Granted those things happen, but when i approached the service guys there and told them my car was running rough, they proceed to tell me it was me, and that it was just the "feel" of a pure drive transmission!!! Needless to say my transmission needed to be replaced along with some other things. Then after that.... I was at a dealership looking to trade it in because i want NOTHING TO DO WITH HARBOR NISSAN, the dealership ran a car fax on my Versa, and i found out my car was previously in a accident. I approached Nissan about this because i was given a car fax when i bought it, that said it was all clear, no accidents no nothing!!!!! When i brought this to the manager and the sales man "Chet", Chet responded with..." that must of JUST popped up"!!!!... the accident happened OVER a year ago!!! REALLY!!!! I WILL NEVER, NEVER, I MEAN NEVERRRRR go back to Harbor Nissan. I want nothing to do with them other then seeing them in the court room to fight for my money, or the car that i originally thought i was buying More

The guy doing the finance could have explained everything better...he never told & I EXCELLENT customer service. Very professional and friendly. The guy doing the finance could have explained everything better...he never told us our APR rate, who we were being financed with, and when i told him he made mistakes in our paperwork he snapped that he only typed what i wrote on the application. When i checked the application it showed i wrote EVERYTHING right and it was his error. At that point it was no big deal...i guess it was only a "BIG DEAL" when its the customers fault. Robert (mgr) and Zac in Service is awesome. Everytime i have had a problem since i've been with Nissan they have went above and beyond to see that the problem is fixed. More
