Our salesperson was Lauren Carnprobst and she was the epitome of "selflessness". Lauren understood our personal situation and fought to make a deal on our behalf, not the dealerships'. I know this is hard to believe but there was no pressure, and Lauren listened to our needs in order to help us best. She was kind, thoughtful and just an easy person to deal with.
