I visited Sutherlin Nissan which is less then five minutes from my home and was extremely disatisfied with their service. At the dealership it was an easy process. I didn't have the best credit history but was treated great. Sales process was easy and smooth and so was the paperwork process. My car engine needed to be replaced. After calling many different places for quotes and feeling like I was going to get ripped off, I called Harbor Nissan. Not only did I get the best quote from them for engine replacement, they also made me feel like I was going to get taken care of. They found an engine that was within my budget I told them I had to stay in. They immediately set me up in a rental car, set up towing for my car, and kept me very well informed of every step they were going to take to install the engine. My car started perfectly when I picked it up and test drove it. The customer service level that Harbor provided was very professional and informative. As a woman customer, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I feel comfortable driving my car knowing that one of Harbor's master technicians and their team worked on installing my engine. I haven't had a problem with the engine since. I highly suggest giving Harbor a try! More

I went to the Buy Rite location in Ft Myers. We filled out all of the paperwork and gave the information to Joe. He seemed very friendly and as if he wanted to help us. We had the right amount for the dow out all of the paperwork and gave the information to Joe. He seemed very friendly and as if he wanted to help us. We had the right amount for the down payment even though the ads I had heard repeatedly said $300 down and ride today. My wife and I explained the size and type of car we wanted and he said he could do that. Expecting to see smaller fuel efficient models we were shown a late 90's Cadillac and a Jeep(not what we wanted). he had us drive the Caddy because his mechanic said it needed a good home. We drove it around the block and decided we needed more time to think about it and our answer to this car was no. After telling Joe we needed time to think about it he hurried to find something more toward our original car type, but none of them were at this lot and he could get one of them down to his lot the next morning. I explained we needed time to think about it and I said we needed until Monday,this was Thursday, to think about it. He kept going on about how we needed to build our credit and that this car would go quick so just to get out of there I agreed to come in the next morning. I received a call from Cody the next afternoon and told him we decided to go a different direction with our car search and thanked him for their time. Joe never got the message or the hint so he called on Monday saying he had our car ready and we needed to get down there soon to sign the paperwork and pay the down payment. I explained that I spoke to someone on Friday and we would not be buying from him. He responded "Well I guess you don't want to build your credit, and were just wasting our time! So thanks for nothing!" At that point I knew we had made the correct decision to walk away when we did. Imagine trying to get anywhere with the 12 month warranty with someone just worried about his commission. More
