I bought a 2021 Nissian Rogue at Habor Nissian. I found the used car I wanted at cars.com located at Harbor Nisson. Thankfully, I wasn't swarmed by salespeople when I got there and a young man, Patrick Greene, politely asked if he could help. We look Harbor Nisson. Thankfully, I wasn't swarmed by salespeople when I got there and a young man, Patrick Greene, politely asked if he could help. We looked at the vehicle, took it for a short drive and he was friendly and very helpful - definitely not pushy. After presenting the numbers we discussed some options and again, he was very helpful and worked with me to make the sale happen. He brought my requests to his boss and we both ended up with what we wanted and it was a good experience. 4 stars instead of 5 because we waited quite a while for other people to do their parts. Patrick did the legwork and helped make the sale happen for me. All in all, Great sales-consultant, good experience, I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. I would purchase there again. More

Stay Away. They lie, are crooked and steal money from customer. I got charged for half of the addendum (extra charge up profit for dealer.Which they say is required) that wasn't completed. I asked for refund instead of bringing the car in to have the things done by their sales manager. Instead they prolong and play games even though i have the proof in writing. They also don't honor their prices car was almost $3,000 more then advertised online bc of the addendum extras..Also emailed their finance manger to cancel gap he said i needed which i don't according to my insurance. He hasn't gotten back to me. Talked to a former employee of theirs and they told me they charge for addendums all the time without performing services. Corrupt!!!!! More
