misled & unappreciated I bought a 2009 Nissan Versa from them in 2016. I was promised free oil changes and a $25 gift card. I got neither of them after I bought the car. In September of 2017, I get a notice via email that the airbags have been recalled due to shrapnel being a dangerous issue in the event of an accident so in October I took it in to have it replaced. While waiting for the airbags to be replaced, I got a rental from them. In the meantime, waiting for my car to get fixed, we were moving to Tampa. Which is even further away than Sarasota is to Port Charlotte. I informed them I was moving. Then within 2 weeks, my car was done. I was told I had three days to return the rental or I'll get charged regular rates for the rental on it. (first bad treatment from them) It all goes downhill from there. I called Nissan the day of January 2 and informed them I was on my way in to pick up my vehicle. Its quite a drive to Port Charlotte from Sarasota so I think about 1 1/2 hours is plenty of time to get my car ready to go. I get there and talked to Kelly, who's in charge of the rentals for this issue. She says she'll have someone get my car so I can be on my way. She comes back and says it'll be awhile, that its hidden behind other vehicles. I wait about 1/2 hour to get it. Finally got it and OMG. It was horrible. All BAD from there. The entire car was covered in debris. Not touched or washed in at least a month.I get in to start it, and it hesitates, then starts. The gas tank is completely empty when there was at least 1/8 tank or more in there when I dropped it off, the drivers door handle that fell off prior to drop off was gone from the center console where I left it. I have Hum by Verizon and in that time frame of my car being there, I got multiple alerts from them telling me that the Hum had been disconnected and reconnected, yellow battery alert, red battery alert and multiple inactivity alerts from them. And all I got for all this bad experience is a free car wash down the road from them. I had to stop and get gas first because at the next light getting to the car wash, my car almost died right there. I have never been treated so badly from a dealership until now. I give them a one star because, well because I, unlike them, I do have some respect for people. They seem to shun used car buyers as if they don't mean anything. The treatment I got from them was horrible and uncalled for. More

I have asked the dealership 3 times to contact me about ending the free oil changes ( which I heard about only when I went to drop my car off for service) and have received no response. Etthically indefensible on the part of Harbor Nissan. They don’t deserve our business. More

As I arrived I was greeted by a service advised who took my information and then explained in detail what was going to be done and what the costs were going to be. He then explained the waiting area and after approximately 40 minutes he came and got me and explained what was done and the courtesy inspection that was performed. I had a very pleasant experience and would not hesitate to return to this dealership. More

Decided to change the deal I bought a Nissan Rogue at this location and one of their sales pitch is “Free oil change for life”.... well, not anymore. Beware of Harbor Nissan’s Car Buying Programs Harbor Nissan had a free oil change for life program when I purchased my car from them as long as I kept their window sticker on my car.
