"Great Service Experience "

The folks at Harbor Nissan were very attentive to my needs. I had to get a service completed on my Armada and as I was driving in they were walking up to my car. The service was completed within an hour without an appointment as I waited.

"Fast, friendly, affordable "

For such a simple procedure I was treated like royalty. I came in unannounced to get my tires rotated. Just about anyone, myself included, can rotate tires, but the attitude toward customer service was better than anyone.

"Oil change "

Went in for an oil change and they were great, very nice and friendly. My car was finished in exactly 1 hour from my appointment time set at 7:30am which I’d say was probably the only downside. Great service!

"Poor follow through service on new car purchase "

I brought the car in after 2 months of purchasing it new, the front fender/bumper was raised. The service department blamed me and denied warranted service. It’s going be a long 4-5 years searching for a reputable service department to service this car. I should have bought a Ford or a Chevy. I love the local Ford service center! It would’ve been a simple fix, the car had been on the lot and driven months before I had purchased it, but it’s my fault? You would think Nissan would keep a customer happy as obviously, I will need to go somewhere for service the next 4-5 years.
