Hello, Mike. Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit and your experience in our service department. We certainly appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns. While the four free oil changes did save some people money, it did not save for everyone. Just as this modification in the ".com" sticker program will save some people significantly more on their service work while with others it may not. Our goal was to try to extend more savings to more people, especially with the change in recommended servicing for vehicle. We are sorry that you feel the discount program will no longer be of benefit to you. Our Service Director or Owner Loyalty Manager would welcome the opportunity to visit with you one-on-one regarding the issues that are of most importance to you. As we do not have enough information in your review to reach out to you personally, we would kindly ask that you contact our dealership so we can address the situation and hopefully make amends.
