Apointment.... yeah right! I have purchased three cars from these people and my experience is pleasant until you need service. I got their sticker and they offer free oil change I have purchased three cars from these people and my experience is pleasant until you need service. I got their sticker and they offer free oil changes. Here is the deal, they have had so many issues with how to handle the process. I make appointments to get my oil change and the last three times I waited many hours for them to do an oil change. This last time I got to my appointment 20 minutes early and waited two hours during those two hours they kept telling me it will be next in line. Finally, I asked them after 2 and half hours why has my car not moved. I asked for my keys as I was done and needed to leave and get sleep (I work 3rd shift) they could not find my keys or paper work. When they found my keys they just laughed and said I'd offer you a FREE oil change but thats why you were already here haha so funny! I will not be buying or using their services any longer. Our decals are off the cars and I will never go back!! More

I received an early morning appointment knowing that I needed a car wash the woman on the phone scheduled me for 0715 when the car wash place doesnt open till 9ish. My engine light was on but they said nothing about it. Seems like they want you in and out as fast as possible. Attention was ok. More

Not only are the free oil changes for life a great cost savings but it just makes maintaining your car so much easier knowing where your taking it and Not only are the free oil changes for life a great cost savings but it just makes maintaining your car so much easier knowing where your taking it and when you are taking it there. No more calling around and waiting in a dirty shop reception area with burnt coffee and restrooms that frighten small children.
